SCRC274 thanks Chattanooga Harley for the outstanding service dept for getting one our members bike back in action they stay over after hours to repair there bike thank you. That's customer service beyon expectations. .
It sucks when you order a set of screamin eagle 10mm red spark plug wires on a friday at noon, get told they would be in on wednesday, only to find out that they werent ordered on time like they were supposed to be, and have to wait even longer, after you schedule a day off work to do maintenance on your bike that wednesday, so you can go on a scheduled ride... thanks alot for the false info, and failure to perform your job in a timely manner!
The employees are top notch, the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been to a lot of Harley dealership and this is by far the best.
