!!!!!OWNER AND RENTERS BEWARE!!!! ---AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST--- They are without a doubt the worst property management company, I'm not entirely convinced they are even qualified to be conducting this business. They tried to bully, intimidate, and threatening. They attempted to pull an unlawful eviction. Stating minor repairs made the apartment unlivable. I would rate this company zero stars if possible, as my experience was extremely poor. From February to July, I was unable to occupy the master bedroom in the house I rented. I contacted the company numerous times via phone calls and messages, but it took an excessive amount of time for someone to attend to the issue, and even then, the work was not completed adequately. In my view, this company is completely ineffective.

Stole my deposit. Never returned final invoice or responded to my emails about it. Also, they’re never available to do any maintenance. I relied on the property owner, who was very nice, and deserving of a better management team.

This is for anyone that bought a house in Columbus and is PCSing…. Please find another property mgmt company for your home. My payments are always late and am currently owed 2 months of rent, and cannot get a response or a phone call answered. Since I am in Germany, there is just not much I can do. Don’t want other service members to have to go through the same hassle.
