We are renters of CDPM. Our experience with the company has been satisfactory. There have been times we've had to reach out a few times more than we wanted, but in the end our issues were addressed and handled. We appreciate being able have communication with the maintenance area and they do reach out and follow up thus far.
Chattahoochee Dwellings, Alyssa and her team, are the best property management company I’ve ever worked with. As a property owner, I have every confidence that they are acting in my best interest at all times. My last property management company messed up the tenant / manager relationships with some of my tenants so Alyssa, Eddie, and Justin had a good bit of a mess to clean up.
