MANAGEMENT SUCKS! Me and my husband were trying to rent here and do a lease transfer. We asked before applying if we could do that and they said yes, so we applied. They charged us $120 for application fees, made us wait 2 weeks all just to say that no we cannot do a lease transfer because the manager thought it was “silly” we were only doing 4 months of renting. They’ve been rude and disrespectful to us, the landlord is always spying on the tenants, and they are just very unprofessional. Don’t live here.
Turned an application in over a week ago still don't have a response. I have called the office and left messages 3 times still have not gotten a phone call back. But they did get my $60 for the application fee.
Horrible place, as soon as you sign that lease you can kiss all maintenance goodbye, they will not fix anything.
Made us pay 2 down payments of $100 each……… just to call 6 months later cancelling on us. Then she LIED saying we had only payed $100. Don’t even bother, they would much rather steal your money than let you have a place to live
Manager is lazy. I wanted a renovated apartment, and she happened to "forget" about that, and moved someone else in. I also made a payment arrangement when I was behind, then they also "forgot" about that and evicted me.
