I'm afraid my experience matches many of the other 1 star reviews. Took my watch in for a battery replacement. When I returned I was told watch was damaged and that was the reason why my watch was double ticking even after he put in a new battery. (The second hand double ticking is how the watch registers a low battery). I took the watch straight to Mr Minute who opened up the watch, put in a new battery and voila! Watch perfect.
