The management team took my feedback seriously, reached out to apologize immediately, and invited me back to make things right. Whilst they have the cars , the sales guy is looking only for a sale - I didn’t feel comfortable just looking at the cars
The team at Chatswood Renault are a professional, service oriented, friendly group. At every opportunity someone in the team whether it be sales, admin or service were asking me if there was anything they could do for me. I purchased a new Renault Trafic van and having bought many vehicles over the years can say this team were 2nd to none. Everything was A1.
