Went in and had a great time looking at the selection here. Matthew made everything very easy and knew the perfect car for my needs without the floundering. His after purchase customer service has been absolutely incredible! The car was ready well ahead of schedule and I can’t be happier with the experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had a really disappointing experience with Chatswood Hyundai. From start to finish, the level of customer service was well below expectations. Communication across all levels of the business was poor — I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, and even then, responses were inconsistent or unclear. Stewart and the team at Chatswood Nissan were extremely helpful and competitive with pricing. They organised the delivery of the vehicle fast and efficiently. Getting updates and photos of the vehicle was a very nice touch and i felt like it made the experience more personal. The team were willing to deliver the car on a Saturday morning too. I would highly recommend this outstanding team to anyone.
