Went in and had a great time looking at the selection here. Matthew made everything very easy and knew the perfect car for my needs without the floundering. His after purchase customer service has been absolutely incredible! The car was ready well ahead of schedule and I can’t be happier with the experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
I had a really disappointing experience with Chatswood Hyundai. From start to finish, the level of customer service was well below expectations. Communication across all levels of the business was poor — I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, and even then, responses were inconsistent or unclear.
