At the end of last month, I visited Chatswood Family Dental Centre and saw Dr. Xiong — the experience was excellent. I didn’t have an appointment that day and just walked in to see if I could get a check-up. I ended up having a no-gap clean. I was very stressed about my dad’s toothache since Saturday and had a hard time getting it sorted. Even after getting the healthcare voucher, it was difficult to book an emergency extraction appointment. When we finally got one, I was quite worried since we were running a bit late—but the dentist was incredibly kind and understanding.
