So helpful, delivery was perfect because I am disabled, and just love my Teco Aircon
5 days since made purchase online. Getting lots of promotional emails but still no sign email/text regarding item being shipped, or to confirm a delivery date. Very frustrating. In future will stick with Amazon or ebay, for expected delivery date at time of purchase. Regretting my purchase from Betta. If I have to phone store it will be to cancel order.

Regretting my purchase from Betta, and wondering if I will ever recieve it.
I ordered online on May 14 and paid in full at checkout. For the next week I heard nothing from them — no updates, no shipping confirmation, no heads-up that anything was wrong. I called today to follow up and was told the item isn’t available at this store. Instead of explaining what happened or offering a proper resolution, they just wanted to transfer my order to another store mid-call.
