The instore service today was impeccable. Alex is friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. 10/10 to him.
Can’t give zero stars. Same as below. Waiting for a blender which is now nearly 2 weeks late and absolutely no communication from the store. They better not ask me to reach out to them as they have to others, that’s their job to inform me. Disgraceful service.
I had a really disappointing experience with the Chatswood store. I purchased a semi-integrated dishwasher, after very carefully checking measurements and showing photos to the salesperson and being assured in-store that the dishwasher would fit and the installer would leave the kitchen as they found it (including refitting the kickboard under the dishwasher).
