I have been seeing Dr. Duk for several years and his constant positive reinforcement has helped me very much over this time. He asks his patients to take more responsibility over their lives and to make daily steps to improve their mental and emotional well being. Because of this encouragement, I was gradually able to get over my depression and take on new challenges. His appointments are very short but he takes careful notes and doesn’t waste your time.
I've been seeing Dr. Duk for several years now and he is by far the best doctor out there. I don't usually post but after seeing some reviews, I just had too. It is sad how evil people can be when they don't get what they want. He does not prescribe narcotics just because someone wants them; his integrity is to important to him and I appreciate someone with good morals because shows how much he cares for his patients. Dr. Duk has been helping my daughter's mental health for over a year now. And he works with me as the parent. His approach improved mother daughter relationship.
Had about the same problem as everyone else here, rushed out and given medication that was no use to me.
He was my md from 2014-2017. I was at a healthy weight and then this stupid man put me on meds that made me gain weight to the point where I could’ve been dead. Thank god I found someone better than this fool who tortured me from the ages of 15-18. I finally back to my healthy weight after leaving his place. One day, I’ll put this man in his place and hopefully karma will get him sooner than later.
I have only spoken to Dr. Duk a few times and I am definitely not impressed, he is incredible rude, arrogant, controlling and doesn’t let you get a word in edgewise as well as telling me I said things I didn’t. He is very condescending and judgemental with very poor people skills, he also is not open to any feedback or differing views. Dr. Desai didn't listen to my concerns and showed he didn't care about me as a patient. The medication he prescribed didn't help me in any way. I started treatment elsewhere and have found medication that does work for me because the staff listened to me unlike Dr. Desai. He is very belittling and unprofessional. I would recommend seeing someone else for care.
It's always a pleasure to see Dr. David Desai, he's my Doctor for two years, he's always aware of how I feel about my medication, I feel so confident about him.
Dr. Desai is an excellent doctor. Always accommodating when there is an emergency. Listens to what you have to say. Very caring and personable.
