I activated a phone with Chatr online and they sent me an email that everything is fine and after two days the phone is not still functional. I have sent them two emails and no response. I will call my credit card issuer today to put a stop payment on the charges.Avoid Chatr like the plauge.
Had my account setup with these guy in January. Honestly every month I have to come and get my account fixed. This is garbage company, as well a garbage service. These ppl that work here have no idea how to help you. Don't waste your time!
