We had concrete done almost 3 years ago. It’s popping and we have holes all over. We had two concrete people recently look at the damaged concrete and they said it happened due to poor installation/quality. The company who did the work won’t fix it or help in any way. They claim they only warrantee their work for 1 year. Others concrete companies warrantee their jobs for life. Make sure you seek out one of those companies. Learn from my mistakes!
Concrete started spalling a little after a year and looks pretty terrible now . We told them about it and they blame it on it not being sealed or because of salt. They never informed us about sealing or offered to seal it . We never put salt on the backyard sidewalk and it’s falling apart. The workmanship looks good but they must be using really crappy concrete .
Used this company for concrete work done at our house last summer. Very bad choice, because our floors at the end of the garage are retaining (holding)water plus our driveway started peeling off. When we called them to fix it, they said it was our fault because we did not put a coat of protection on driveway. This company wanted to charge us again for work that was not done correctly in the beginning.
