I don't know what rating should I give her but I will give a very detailed review for the readers, as ratings are mostly deceptive. I chose Dr. Sameen Chatoo based on positive reviews and the clinic’s proximity to my workplace. My first visit was on February 4, and I received my initial prescription on March 11 (OD: -1.25 -0.25 x 60, OS: -1.25 -1.50 x 85). I have been going to Dr Chatoo for over a decade and was always happy with the service, but on my last visit I was told I had severely dry eyes and she wanted me to start using specific eye drops that are sold by her office. When I said that I have never experienced dry eyes Dr Chatoo said I may not have noticed but she was definitely seeing dryness in my eyes and the drugstore eye drops don’t have the proper formula to provide healing that I needed.
