Yes, I contacted them about doing a warranty work on a 2024 Chevrolet Malibu which my trunk is leaking water very badly. They told me they can't make me an appointment on a Saturday because they're new to this. They also told me that I'd have to leave it up there multiple days for them to fix this, which it being my only car. I have no way to leave it multiple days and they would not compromise any on this issue. So I would not recommend this place to anybody to purchase a car or even have a car worked on here

My experience with Chatom Motors was awesome!! I had to get my radio reinstalled in my car and finally found the time and money to do so! When I got to Chatom Motors it took them only 2 hours to reinstall my radio for me and believe me it was no easy job, lots of tiny screws and unbearable heat to do it in!!! They were so nice and welcoming from the service team to the front room team everybody was incredibly helpful, happy, and welcoming!!
