Have nothing but good things to say about Chatlee. Bought a new boat here Nate Yaw was beyond helpful the whole time and they had the boat ready in under a week for pickup. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been extremely friendly and helpful.
Best boat dealership in the whole country. Private lake to test boats, excellent service center and tech’s, and great overall boat sales experience. Front desk associates are great to work with as well!
Hey ,first I would like to say my first impression with chatlee was awesome until the day I picked up my boat (21ft LS) Carolina skiff...it was raining the day I picked up the boat so did not get to do a thorough inspection..so after the two hour ride home I began checking the boat over looking at every little detail when I noticed the boat was very very close to the trailer actually so close the boat was rubbing the top of the trailer also further inspection I found the center console where chat Lee installed grab rail and ... read more
We had a fantastic experience from the entire staff and team at Chatlee. Matt Wicker was our sales associate and showed immense patience working through my wife and I’s questions. They were able to drop two different boats in the water and test them for us, walking us through all features and operational specifics. Never once did we feel pushed or pressured to buy anything.
