We rented from them for 3 years and our biggest complaint is communication. Getting ahold of Jordan Thompson for ANYTHING was impossible, and when we did, she was snippy, rude, and overall an unpleasant person to deal with. I have no idea how she is still employed here and she was one of the factors that led to us moving out. We were treated poorly by her for the entire duration of our rental history.
