This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I needed to get a few items for a job I was doing... I was told Chatham Worth had them in stock but the sad thing is is that I could never get a hold of anyone. I left 2 voicemails, got a call back later the next day... when I told her what I needed she said she would call me back with pricing. I never had back from them and had to take my business somewhere else.

Contacted them on 9/9/08 about repair of operable walls. They sent a couple of men who took photos of the needed repairs. Scheduled to repair at 9:30 a.m. today (10/16/08). At 9:30 we called when they weren't here. They said that they had to go back for a ladder. At 10:00 they were stuck in traffic. At 10:15 they weren't sure what to bring. At 11:00 we were told they'd be here in two or three hours because they had to go get the proper lift (back at the yard) and put it on the trailer. I fired them at 11:00.
