Maintenance is not top priority here. Zero attention to the back yards. Piles and piles of sticks from all the trees. Never gets groomed. Never cut!!! A friend lives here and it's ran down for the price she pays.
Walk around clubhouse. Gross. Cobwebs and filth everywhere on exterior. Can’t imagine inside. Is it Abandoned by owners ?! wow. People pay dues to live here. Shocking.
It took forever to find the clubhouse, but it's a nice place.
