I never have felt more unsafe in a space that I live in my life. The blatant disregard for our health is absolutely heart breaking. On 10/16/23 there was a leak in the apartment above mine that ultimately caused flooding in the second bathroom and bedroom in my apartment. Worst experience you could ever have during a move in situation. The leasing office is incompetent and the property manager lack professionalism and is painfully rude. I hope this review helps future tenants reconsider living and doing business with this property. The reviews online, via ********* apartments.com do not lie. As of this past year, things have got worse. Management does not comunicate effectively and don't get me started with the new maintenance. Cabinets fall off and you put an order and no attempt to fix it, put in multiple order for the ac that is literally blowing hot air in the 90. Corporate needs to come through and actually speak to the tenants but let someone be late with rent and see what happens. Going to the store right now to purchase a ****** portable ac but I'm documenting everything.

Poor start up with the sale of property. Nothing was organized ahead of time.
Worst property manager company ever. Was promised a renovated unit and in fact was it clearly not a renovated unit but a different floor plan. Had heating problems as well as banging heating pipes since the day I moved in going on three months now. Office is unprofessional and cares nothing for their residents.

There are no laundry facilities. The machine you use to put money on your card to use the washer and dryer is broken. They won't fix it. But advertise there are laundry facilities on site. There aren't any now. This needs to be fixed.
I lived in parkside apartments for 5 years with my wife and never had any serious issues. Once we were moved out we were informed that we owed over $2,000 for damages to the apartment. Of the damages listed they claim they have to repaint the bathtub which should fall under normal wear and tear and the cost should not be passed onto us. Also they claim the walls were black which is also not true there was a small spot in a room and thats it. All the cleaning should be covered by the cleaning fee. Verified Renter Easy application process, easy rental signing process, pet friendly. Easy move in experience but almost too easy. Put into a unit that was already on the market for greater than 14 days (greater than 30 days prior to move in) and the unit was not move in ready. Multiple maintenance issues have not been addressed having already been living here for greater than 30 days. Basically little to nothing done to the unit in a 60 day period. Office does not reply to multiple concerns expressed.
