Development was purchased by a group of out of town attorneys a few years back. They increase rent, let maintenance issues go unfixed (or do poor patch jobs), invest no money in the facevalue of the place and obviously do not care who lives there...I dont think they even use credit ratings. Too many kids there, its loud and dirty now. You can do much better for the money!

I have now called chatham village my home for almost 2 years. And I have very rarely had any isuues. The manager is always nice and the maintenance guys are friendly and pretty on top of things. The thing that I like the most is that I never get the feeling that I am a bother to any of them!(unlike my last apartment)I would tell anyone to come live here!
