Development was purchased by a group of out of town attorneys a few years back. They increase rent, let maintenance issues go unfixed (or do poor patch jobs), invest no money in the facevalue of the place and obviously do not care who lives there...I dont think they even use credit ratings. Too many kids there, its loud and dirty now. You can do much better for the money!
