Had an appointment at 11 AM, was told to wait outside due to COVID protocols until they could bring me inside. No issues there. Ended up waiting 50 minutes before driving off. Never gave me a call or forewarning that there could be a delay. Horrible communication. We started to get a bad vibe from this place due to the poor customer service on the front end. I recommend that if you want your fur babies to have some of the best care in the Springfield area that you take them here to this clinic. I watched in amazement as he cared for Sophia Rose. I swear the bill was going to be way over 100.00. I can't thank him enough in prayer because he sure is a saint. Thank you Dr. Thank you.

they genuinely care about the animals & their humans. The main focus is good care of the pets without running up the bill just to make money. Definitely recommend this place!!!!
Love Dr Boyce, he is Awesome, Genuinely Loves Animals & it shows, If you can get past the Blonde Bulldog that answers the phone, She is very RUDE, She cuts you off & will put U on hold w/out telling you & then Never comes back! My Dogs have been patience of Dr Boyce for 4 yrs,1 of my dogs is currently having stomach issues, tried calling 2 days ago, left msg w/after hr's, as well as called nxt morning & left 2nd msg.
