I really like it here! Byu campus is literally across the street. There is a lot of space. The in unit washer/dryer was the selling point for me, I love being able to do laundry whenever, for free. Ward is really nice and does a lot of activities. The couch is also really comfy. I haven't had any problems with management, the only problem was that the smoke alarm wasn't working when we got here but not a big deal. Covered parking too (+15/month). Utilities aren't included in rent, but rent's pretty cheap so I'm fine with it.
My gross sister lives here. It's good.
The Chatham towne homes managed by Mountain View management are the hidden gem of Provo, in my opinion. The houses are super nice and in a really good location (right by campus). Mountain View management is the best land lord I have had since first living in Provo in 2021- they are super on top of it and in my experience respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours. As is the case for most of Provo, Chatham Towne is dated and it shows in some of the appliances, furniture, and architecture. That said, they offer affordable housing, in-unit washers and dryers, multiple levels, and convenience of location close to campus. Overall, good experience.
