Friendly and patient doctor. All the staff provided very nice service too. Thumb up.
I visited Dr. Ray Cheng twice, once in 2023 and again in 2025 for wisdom tooth extractions (one pair each year). Dr. Cheng and his team are absolutely amazing. I still remember a kind staff member holding my hand when I was nervous during the procedure, which made me feel so cared for. After the surgery, they even followed up with a call to check on me, and Dr. Cheng himself was responsive over email whenever I had questions. Truly an outstanding doctor, and I highly recommend him to everyone.
The phone assitant named May is very rude and non-educated, full of judgement and attitude, I chose this place because it has good fame and reputation on line, but now I'm sure they fake the the good reputation and reviews online, but when you get there , you are the meal on table. I have planned to spend 10 thounds dollors one time to remove my broken teeth , but they don't deserve one dollar from me
Dr. Ray Cheng is absolutely fantastic. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and was very nervous and worried. Dr. Cheng reassured me prior to the procedure and explained risks and answered every question I had with regards to the procedure and aftercare. His bedside manner is wonderful and he is very attentive and kind when speaking to his patients. Even while being extremely nervous before and during the procedure, I did not feel a thing. Not gonna lie this dude is really a surgeon, very professional and truly a master at his craft, very affordable and efficient wisdom teeth removal, quick recovery and painless
