So disorganized every appointment scheduled with her. She never looks at my file, doesn't know why im coming in, and makes me wait a half hour or longer for my appointment time. I requested a skin scraping to be sent off to try and get to the bottom of my issue, and she flat out refused. It took so much prying to get her to look at my problem areas with the proper tools which confirmed all prior research I've done to point me at one of two things that a skin scraping could answer. Zero stars!!! This place was absolutely horrible. I got referred from the hospital for dermatitis. Got a biopsy in November because Dr Q said I most likely cannot live a normal life without needle injections. When she got the results from it she said they did not know what I had so it had to be sent off to London. The results from London have been with her for over a month now and she will not give them to me without a family doctor. It is stated in my file I have NO FAMILY DOCTOR.
