I wasn’t able to see her more than once….left today after waiting until 12:10 for my 11;20 appointment, because her time management skills are NONEXISTENT, whole place is disorganized. First appointment I had she was 45 minutes behind on in August. Today, she fell behind by 10:30am (other patient I talked to, waiting was not happy who’s 10:30 finally got called in at NOON. 0 stars oh my gosh. the receptionist was sweet and nice but when i got to the actual appointment, my gosh. Doctor. Q was so incredibly aggressive so unnecessarily rude and before our appointment i'm sitting there and she goes to argue with her coworker, i could just D.Q yelling at her. it was so unprofessional. she was getting mad at me for forgetting the brand of one of my moisturizers and just getting mad at me over nothing. if this is your only option sure go there but if you've got another place to go to go there.
Breach of privacy, unprofessional, very long wait time from referral and when waiting for appointment time at office. This doctor is making money off services that should be covered by OHIP such as biopsies. Doesn't complete full dermatologist exams for high risk patients. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, this is a disservice for a community that really needs dermatologist services.
Have been here twice and it’s been almost a hour late each time.
