Not always in office - but available by phone. Only need someone to set me up first time- they I can come and go into unit as I please and just auto pay from my bank account. Easy and very clean inside - the driveway is a bit sandy though.
Have been a customer for almost 2 years now, recently went into my unit to find out that all of my things have been ruined. infested with either rats or mice and there is nothing they would do. they will not replace any of my things, reimburse me for anything, nothing. When I mentioned if they are going to mention the infestation to any of the other customers, the manager who i was speaking to, tells me "thats none of your business, worry about your own unit". I can say I have missed payments and been behind, but I always ca... read more

RODENT INFESTED AND LEAKING ROOF!!!! Everything I stored at HYANNIS SUN SELF STORAGE is ruined. I spent thousands to have have to have everything ruined. My belonging would have been better on the side of the road. Management, Elinor wouldn't return my initial emails or phone calls. When I eventually did get her on the phone she was rude and accusatory and not only did she say it wasn't their problem she wouldn't even talk to me about fixing the problems. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! AVOID ..The manager Elinor is miserable to deal with...She is completely indifferent to the customers and I am presently suing them in court for unlawful liquidation of my property...you have been warned...worst business relationship of my entire life
