Do yourself and your loved one a favor and go elsewhere. I have put both of my parents in this facility and have been greatly disappointed. The caregivers are kind and largely try their best. The management is beyond incompetent and for my mother reached negligence.To list a few incomprehensible events they lost her bed (yes that actually happened), placed her wheelchair 20 feet from her bed when she was immobile and had fallen and broken bones repeatedly in their care, and set off a scheduled fire drill while she was asleep... read more
My mother is a resident here and I have trouble getting to talk you her on the phone. .ost of the time I either get hung up on or they say they are transferring me to memory care and keep ke on hold for over 5 minutes or I'm told she is sleeping or memory care hangs up on me. My brother and I aren't able to go see her so having trouble getting to talk to her is very frustrating.
Chatham Ridge has been the best place for my mom these last two years. It’s clean, they have tons of events on & offsite for the residents & the staff have been very helpful. When we came for our initial walk thru Vanessa was very helpful & informative. Maintenance responds well to any facilities needs & the care team always lets me know what’s going on. Good place @ a decent price.
My mom moved into Chatham Ridge in January 2025. She has been happy living there! She loves the activities that are provided and loves hanging out in the activities room with other people. She also loves the location and enjoys being outside listening to the birds and strolling around the facility. My father has been at Chatham Ridge for about four months, and in that time, he has become noticeably more active and engaged than he was while living at home with our family. The staff does a wonderful job of interacting with him and consistently works to keep all residents engaged, while also prioritizing their safety and well-being. I would highly recommend Chatham Ridge to anyone with a loved one who needs daily support but also values their independence and wants to remain as active as possible.
