aggressive disrespectful staff member
Rude Staff member. Not all, just one. There is an arrogance and ego that is seriously misplaced by 1 particular individual that has no problem speaking down to people that enter the sales department to ask a question.

The stars are for Tiesha for always hooking me up. Besides that dealership is always a 0/5. I wasn't informed ANYWHERE not on the phone call to book the appointment, not on their website, not on the confirmation text/email that their WHOLE waiting room is under construction. And we ALL know that "one hour" in dealership time is ATLEAST 2-3 hours. I don't have time to stand outside when I thought I could do my work in the waiting room. Horrible communication. Mechanics are always unsure about timing.
