First service at a Lexus dealership. My experience was incredibly smooth. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Larry was great.
While visiting in Savanah recently, I had the opportunity to visit this dealership. I am in the market for a newer Lexus. The sales gentleman was a person known to some of my friends in Savannah (who had purchased several Lexus from this dealership). Such a nice person. Watch these dealer closely! Maintenance department is incompetent. I complained of a leak for 6 months. They finally found it after 6 months and then didn’t wanted to start to work on it until the next day. Did not perform oil change I requested. Get car back and it’s showing maintenance required…. Idiots left my airbag deactivated!!! Recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else!
