Convenience quality and value
If your considering physical therapy, save yourself plenty of grief and go else where. Staff to front desk is unfriendly, cold, and physical therapy is unprofessional. They don't seem to care much in treatment of patients, other than milking the insurance companies for every penny.
I broke my hand and came in to be seen in their facility. First off I was seen by a P.A. and was told I needed a cast..My cast was put on improperly and I had to come back in less than a week to have it redone. Every time I tried to set a app with a actual real doctor either they were never in or my appt couldn't be scheduled around my work schedule. I would come in to the after care pay a copay and then be told there was nothing they could do for me or my pain until I seen a Dr..but you still charge my insurance and make me... read more
