Josh Hinch was the best part of our Chatham Honda experience. He was easy to speak to and understood our needs. He made sure we left happy. I would describe him as a project manager. He seemed to know or figure out a solution to any issues we had. We wish we could say the same for Deon and Ryan. Deon was unorganized and had poor communication skills. Kiaya and the rest of the sales team were excellent to deal with. The purchase was seamless and the trade in value offered was fair market value.
