I have questions regarding this place like 1. Why do they bulk bill GAS charges when itd an all electric apartment? Why do tenants pay for gas? Water? 2. How is monthly rent calculated? 3. Why do they put prospective tenants on a wait list when there are vacancies? 4. Why is there No smoking & No BBQ on holidays allowed in the units. Years before tenants could do both? 5.
