Redwood has been a great neighborhood for us. We've been living here for two years now. The maintenance has always been friendly and fast. I put in a order for a clogged tub Tuesday evening. Dustin came today the next day Wednesday morning. He was friendly even wiped his mess up. The only thing I don't like Redwood is pet friendly they keep our neighborhood looking nice but the residents don't pick up there pet waste. I clean up after my pet. Response was swift and the maintenance personnel was professional and friendly.
Miss Aleta from the office was friendly and even though she is still learning , she remained in contact for the whole process. Customer service at it’ s finest! The maintenance employee, Dustin, even came and introduced himself and let us know where water cut off and breakers were housed in our home. Thanks for an easy move in!
