Stay away from Chatham Ford.
Twice my rear camera was replaced due to a recall. It still only works 75% of the time. Sadly, I must depend on a neighbor lady to pick me up or drive me back when it is finished. They used to have a complimentary shuttle driver take me home or pick me up.
Exceptional service from a team that genuinely cares. I've done business with Chatham Ford since 2018 under both previous and current ownership, and their high standard of professionalism, honesty, and courtesy has never changed. The service department is not customer friendly. Hourly rates are not posted and run $180-hr just for diagnosis. Small staff not good service.
