I go to these folks because they always get the job done, even when the situation isn't perfect. Today I thought I was having a bad experience with promises made that couldn't be delivered upon, but in the end, they got the part, got the work done, and worked with me to make it a really great experience. I almost feel like I owe them an apology for ever doubting them. If you need work done on your vehicle, Chatham Ford is ol' reliable, and full of employees who are great to do business with.
