I had an excellent experience with Chatham Ford. Rick and Chris were exceptional. Honest, down to earth and receptive. I have purchased two vehicles with them now and highly recommend.
I’ve rarely written reviews, but my experience at Chatham Ford was so unethical I had to share. After agreeing on a price of $15,995 for a 2019 Ford Explorer, I was repeatedly lied to by management. First, they claimed the car had a deposit. Then, I found it relisted for $1,000 more than the original price. When I questioned this, the GM, Chris, gave conflicting excuses—first saying it was sold, then claiming it was "unsafe" to sell to me, despite it sitting on the front row for sale to others. Maybe the sales department is good like the reviews say, but I'll never know because I won't be back due to the service department. They charged us $180 just to TELL us that we needed to spend $3,000 on my daughter's car, only to find out from a reputable car repair that she just needed new tires on her Escape with 100k+ miles.
