Purchased a vehicle at Chatham Ford today. Some background: I shop around not limited to one dealership over too many years. Mostly purchased Fords. I’ve purchased at numerous dealerships from Western, Central, Boston and Cape Cod, MA. Mostly all good experiences. My husband and I went yesterday to look at a Lincoln Nautilus on your lot. We walked on the lot, found the car, the doors were open. I opened the front door and that car was filthy. There was sand all over the floor, the front seats were disgusting. No attempt to clean it at all. Looks like it has been on the lot for awhile. No salesperson ever came out. We walked away disgusted. I would never even have wanted to sit in that filthy car. Shame on you Chatham Ford. When did you give up?
