Highly Competent I first went to Dr McCullough on the recommendation of a friend in the medical field. I found her to be very knowledgeable of her field and personable. When she learned I do not carry health insurance, she charged accordingly, as well as being generous with samples of a cream I required that normally costs a bunch.She is a popular dermatologist and I did not mind the longish wait before I was called in for my appointment. I have learned to bring along a good book.
