Dr. Heeps is wonderful and has been our dentist for years, unfortunately his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had an appointment made 9 months in advance, then the week before the appointment they canceled. Wouldnt rebook for me at that time, said they’d call me to rebook. Waited a month with no call. Called again numerous times to no one answering the phone. Finally got through and won’t rebook until April of 2025. For an appointment I called about in October of 2023.
