We are very grateful for The Blair Cary! The new management is fostering a community of dedicated staff members who truly care about our Mom. This work isn’t easy but they approach it with compassion and care. Our father passed away here and very questionable things happened around it. They never even contacted my husband or anyone to let him know he was placed on hospice as they were instructed to do so so was taken away the ability for his family to be with him and say goodbye and passed away on his own. No cameras in facility apparently and would never recommend this place to anyone.
The staff at the Blair are a blessing for my Mother-in-law and us. This decision was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. Every staff member we met immediately treated us like family. They set the expectation on what we were going to experience and what she was going to experience durong this transition. The folks that are part of the Blair family are considered residents. My mother is living at The Blair in Cary, NC. She has moved in recently. Krystal Saunders , Executive Director and Olu Williams, Sales Director made the application and transitioning process seamless for me . Initially I felt totally defeated and overwhelmed from it all !
