We were so fortunate to call Chatham Arms our home for the last two years! It is a wonderful building with spacious apartments, good amenities, and a friendly community. Being walking distance to the train was such a plus when commuting to work or heading into the city on the weekends. We are now moving because we've closed on our first home, but we are so sad to be saying goodbye to our apartment. Thank you all for the lovely memories!
The most beautiful little town, just 5min from the train station, massive windows, amazing open concept kitchen and so so homey. Steve the super, is the best. I am so grateful for this space.
This is the first time I have posted a review for anything. But I had to sing the praises of this wonderful gem in Chatham. I looked in towns all around NJ since I was moving to be close to my son and his family. This building was hands down the best! It is on a quiet residential street. Walk to the train and to town. There are days I don’t even get into my car. So convenient. I heard they were a nice place to live.
My husband lived in Chatham Arms for 3.5 years and we LOVED it! We were so sad to leave but we had to move to care for a sick relative. The apartments are newly renovated, spacious and beautiful. There are stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Steve the super was approachable, friendly and helpful. The apartment management was wonderful and made sure any problems were attended to and fixed in a very timely manner.
