it was my first time here for my PCOS and endo, i’ve had bad experiences at other groups but i really felt respected and listened to here. also Leeaira, the ultrasound tech was amazing! she made me feel so comfy and safe during my transvaginal ultrasound.
I honestly don't get how this facility has such high ratings. I have been visiting this place for over 8 years and the nurse has been absolutely rude to me every single time. Once she walked in as I was still getting dressed and said "oh you are still here?" She didn't even knock on the door and it was right after the doctor left. Now that Advent Health has taken over, they tried to charge me nearly $200 to talk over my options and pain management for something they should provide pain relief for. Lynn the rad tech is so incredibly kind. We hit traffic and were running late, but she was so incredibly kind and took us anyway. All the providers are amazing. I drive an hour because they are all so worth it. So thankful for them all!!
