I booked an appointment several weeks in advance, on 01/29/26, for a GYN concern. Around 1100 that AM, I was called to reschedule as Dr had “emergency surgery” & couldn’t see me at 1300. I was rescheduled for 1500, got there @1445, didn’t see alternate MD til 1530. I filled out all paperwork in waiting room, gave it to Med Tech, who didn’t state her title until asked, then she started asking me all the questions I had just filled out until U pointed it out to her. This place is amazing and Dr. Suzanne Weber is by far the very BEST! I also want to make sure that Melissa B- who is a triage nurse is absolutely outstanding! She works so hard and not once does the phone call ever go to voicemail. It seems like I seem to call right around Friday and very close to 5:00pm. I cannot even believe that she not only answers the call, but she immediately then calls in the medicine and everything and is always working past 5:00 pm every single time I talk to her. Dr. Rip is awesome. He is a great doctor and truly cares about his patients. We recommend this clinic to anyone who is trying to have a kid or has one on the way!
Honestly disappointed. I believed I was miscarrying and tried to make an appointment. But since I had ONE single appointment somewhere before my first appointment that had ultra sound, just to make sure I’m okay as I have history of miscarriage and denied seeing me because of this. As I was establishing care at advent and preparing to give birth there. But they just denied seeing me. I refuse to come back here after this awful experience thank you Tracey for denying me care you ruined my experience here
The staff at this place is amazing! The are so kind and friendly! I never had to wait and the times I run late then are very nice to me and never turn me away! Melissa and Shannon are Triage nurses. They are so incredible - I cant even believe it! They answer the phone every single time - not once has it gone to voicemail!
