When I called with a work request for an emergency issue, maintenance personnel called immediately and were here the very same day to attend to my request. They fixed it, it is ompleted and I am very satisfied. Thank you!
The switch of ownership to PRM has been disappointing. The passive-aggressive paperwork of rules littered in every doorway and hallway is intrusive and I really don't need that kind of relationship in my life. The new owner was been short and rude with every question I have ever asked in an email. I started here at $650/Mo and it has not stopped increasing. It is now at $910/Mo, I am in a 2 bedroom apt. We used to have a good set of team here but they out of no where sold the place and didn't plan on sticking around. The new people who own it i don't know much about but i don't care to much for the maintenance guy here. He's over worked there is only one guy here doing literally everything and hes kinda imututure.
