We used to have a good set of team here but they out of no where sold the place and didn't plan on sticking around. The new people who own it i don't know much about but i don't care to much for the maintenance guy here. He's over worked there is only one guy here doing literally everything and hes kinda imututure. The owner solved this issue recently. I was not given a receipt for security deposit and prorated rent. I was not shown where trash bins are located or if recycling is required. I was not given a parking pass, even though I had to pay for parking. Felt rushed.
Generally the worst apartment I have ever rented - the on-site manager (G) shows no respect for the residents and has terrible communication. He will get upset with you for setting boundaries (ie. not letting him enter your unit whenever he pleases for non-emergencies) and try to blame every issue on the tenant. Kelly is very professional. She hung up in my face when I tried explaining I needed documents for my rent and also explained I have a bad leaking problem. She then replied with an attitude and stated “It’s not my problem talk to someone else”. She is very negative rent is paid monthly and after this Anna Hilson will not be signing another lease. This apartment is very unprofessional I do not recommend living here at all. I also will be taking it to court if these documents aren’t sent.
