Aug 19 2026, been waiting 2 monthes for the pest control lady to get rid of the bugs. We used to have a good set of team here but they out of no where sold the place and didn't plan on sticking around. The new people who own it i don't know much about but i don't care to much for the maintenance team g was rude to me. Truly the worst property management I have ever worked with in my life. Moved out just a couple months ago and they sent my security deposit check to the wrong address. When I finally received and deposited the check, the funds were pulled back out of my account a few days later due to the check bouncing. Save yourself the headache and do not rent from these people.
Kelly is very unprofessional. She hung up in my face when I tried explaining I needed documents for my rent and also explained I have a bad leaking problem. She then replied with an attitude and stated “It’s not my problem talk to someone else”. She is very negative rent is paid monthly and after this Anna Hilson will not be signing another lease. This apartment is very unprofessional I do not recommend living here at all. I also will be taking it to court if these documents aren’t sent.
July19th 2026,My filter in my ac is still on orange and the management does nothing about it, been waiting a month for the pest control lady to get rid of the bugs and the grass hasn't been cut yet.
