I was disappointed at first. The new manager along with an assistant plus a new maintenance staff, are really working to correct many issues that former management neglected! (4 stars because there is always room for improvement)
Edit: Mgmt came through and fixed the issues. They also recently added a way to pay rent and put in maintenance req's online, so that's a plus. There are people in the front office again. Looking good, thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------ I have had several maintenance problems for almost two weeks now, including heating and a/c, garbage disposal and dishwasher. My fiancé and I have lived here for going on 3 years. Our lease was up in march and have been trying since before the end of February to renew our lease but instead we have been getting ignored. No return phone calls or letters every time we try to go to the office no one is there. We have tried calling the other properties that the company has but get no answer.
