I was disappointed at first. The new manager along with an assistant plus a new maintenance staff, are really working to correct many issues that former management neglected! (4 stars because there is always room for improvement)
Edit: Mgmt came through and fixed the issues. They also recently added a way to pay rent and put in maintenance req's online, so that's a plus. There are people in the front office again. Looking good, thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------ I have had several maintenance problems for almost two weeks now, including heating and a/c, garbage disposal and dishwasher.
