Always Awesome Chateau staff Susan, Glenda and Chris. Beautifully kept up property with its azalea flowers. Conveniently close to eateries and a mall. The neighbors are always friendly. I have lived here for seven years and have enjoyed it. Kudos to the Chateau staff.
Just want to give a shout out to Chris in Maintenance for the quick response in getting my heat restored this morning! From first contact to completion, within 2 hours he did the trouble shoot, found the problem (blower motor replacement) and had it repaired. This is typical of management and maintenance. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional! Chateau Terrace looks after its residents in a caring, kind manner. Great place to live with an awesome management and maintenance staff! Thanks Chris!
