Just want to give a shout out to Chris in Maintenance for the quick response in getting my heat restored this morning! From first contact to completion, within 2 hours he did the trouble shoot, found the problem (blower motor replacement) and had it repaired. This is typical of management and maintenance. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional! Chateau Terrace looks after its residents in a caring, kind manner. Great place to live with an awesome management and maintenance staff! Thanks Chris! I have lived here for over 15 years and do not want to live anywhere else. It's quiet, pet friendly and a very convenient location to downtown, shopping, groceries, restaurants and beaches. The maintenance staff is awesome; they are quick and efficient and friendly. The office manager is very pleasant.
