I moved here in June and today was first time I needed a maintenance issue resolved (lightbulb broken off in socket). They responded super-fast, were friendly, helpful and resolved any concerns.
I want to thank Chris, Scott and the Maintenance Team for the excellent work they did on the recent repairs in my apartment. They were professional, efficient, and completed everything quickly. The process was smooth and caused no interruption to my daily routine. I truly appreciate their hard work and the outstanding service provided by both the maintenance and management teams. Always Awesome Chateau staff Susan, Glenda and Chris. Beautifully kept up property with its azalea flowers. Conveniently close to eateries and a mall. The neighbors are always friendly. I have lived here for seven years and have enjoyed it. Kudos to the Chateau staff.
