I have lived here for over 15 years and do not want to live anywhere else. It's quiet, pet friendly and a very convenient location to downtown, shopping, groceries, restaurants and beaches. The maintenance staff is awesome; they are quick and efficient and friendly. The office manager is very pleasant.
Chris and Carl in charge of maintenance are the best!!! They come promptly to assist in whatever repair that is needed! On top of them being the best repair men , they bring such kindness and willingness to help . Always there when you need them . So , thankful to live somewhere where people care !
My daughter loves her new apartment and neighbors!!
