I love living at Chateau South! The staff is so helpful and friendly and always right on top of everything. If I ever have an issue they resolve it quickly. The apartments are amazing and the grounds are always kept up beautifully! I love having access to the park and basketball/tennis court and the pool is so nice in the summer. The neighborhood is such a nice place for walking and bike riding! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!
Having moved back to Fairmont from Florida, I looked at many apartments in the tri-county area. By far, Chateau South was the very best in quality, management, and safe surroundings in the area. The service team is amazing and very prompt at Any hour if I needed assistance. I lived at Chateau South for 3 years, and would highly recommend the complex to families, singles, or any one looking for a first-class complex. Wonderful management staff that keeps their tenants first of mind. Thank you for three great years! Jonie Sabo
