I have lived here for 3yrs and I have loved it from the beginning. I need no steps, washer and dryer, and at the time pet friendly, the staff helped me until I found my fit.my neighbors come and go but all were great,the ones I continue to meet only remind me why I stay. Also the office staff are always quick to make sure my needs are taken care,the maintance people always are there when called and have helped me my trash from time to time.I feel very safe here and good location and they keep the halls clean and well lighted... read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Maintenance neglected my wear and tear and renovation issues. The first year in 2018 was real cute until 2019-2022 when I started noticing and reporting maintenance issues with gnats, the vinyl on the bathroom floor being water damaged, and a refrigerator going bad to the point where it smelled horrible! I paid my rent and utilities worked a good job and didn’t bring trouble there and I got SLAPPED with a non renewal notice. DO NOT RENT FROM CSW! Mice, Snakes, Bedbugs, Blackmold, One star, should be ZERO! After living in 2 different apartments at Chateau Rivera (what a bogus name) over an eight year span, my suggestion is live in a “”van down by the river””, you'll come out way ahead. First apartment, located right next to storage room, but told after signing lease, my storage cage would be on 2nd floor because 1st floor was full.
