Excellent staff in the front office. Terry and Lorraine made my dad’s move into Chateau Perry Apartments seamless and easy. I believe that my dad will be very happy here.
We have been at Chateau Perry for 6 plus years being first time apartment users. The transition was easy taking a 3 bedroom apartment. We think of our space as community with many friendly people! Our special staff is always available to be of service. They specialize in keeping us happy with many socials and activities if desired. Our maintenance staff as well as custodial staff are quick to respond. Kudos to the cleaning service too!
I have been living here for 11years. It’s very clean and has on site maintenance. Maintenance is very thorough and quick to respond. There are many activities offered here. The pool is great. Many friendly people. Staff are great. Would recommend.
I highly recommend Chateau Perry for great living with friendly people and a terrific atmosphere. I’ve lived here for nearly 9 years and I’m very happy and content. The community offers many amenities and has a fantastic staff who are always willing to assist with any concerns. There are on-call emergency services and the building is kept clean throughout.
