I had a great relaxing time at the Chateau! It was a really nice experience and they left my hands and feet glowing!
Worst experience ever... they finished pedicure and manicure within 10 min. I felt like I washed my legs and hand with water... NEVER EVER GO THERE! It’s waste of money. The guy who did the pedicure was lazy. He thought he can get away with his bad job.
I love Chateau Pedi Spa. The customer service is outstanding and my nails always last longer than any other place. Even my husband knows that this is the go-to for gift cards. Highly recommend.
I've been going here for few months for dip nails and the staff is amazing! I just had my daughters hair cut and colored and I had haircut and lashes put on. They do amazing work.
I wish I could say I had a good experience but it really wasn't. I don't get my nails done often and as a mom of 3 it's supposed to be a treat when I do. Not to mention they were my birthday nails. From the minute I got there they were rude. They seemed to be rushed and were bothered by it. They didn't say 2 words to me the entire hour I was there. And my gel manicure was hardly a manicure. I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones and it was amazing. Sean (not sure if that's how you spell his name) did it and it really was wonderful and he made sure I was comfortable and that he was applying the right amount of pressure. I will definitely be going back for that and will try their other services as well.
So relaxing! Great staff. Great ambience. The variety of pedicure options is just perfect! Something for everyone.
