It's a beautiful facility and the rooms are well appointed. However, during our 2-night stay, I did have a few issues. Upon arrival we discovered luggage carts were only available for use by the bellman. Not wishing to use his services, we were forced to lug our bags to the room without benefit of any assistance. I know…it was my choice to not use the bellman, but to not have a cart available seemed a little chincy.
