Pool is freezing cold. Ice machine was broken on our floor.
I had a large group for my bachelorette party and we all set up a time. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment, we didn’t know that we needed to be there 30 minutes prior. We were sat down by the receptionist very rudely in a room next to the front desk, where we could hear the workers complaining loudly about us. We were told we needed to rush and hurry to get in the robes because our time started at noon wether we got into the room by then or not.
