Overall I found this place way over priced and just outrageous!! Room was meh at best and I found old shampoo caps and other trash in the room.... not cleaned very well ... 2ndly the service at check is was not good . The counter people wouldn't even speak in English half the time and honestly felt like I was being ignored while checking in as they had a more important conversation going on . 3rdly for $300 / 1 night you would expect a breakfast of some sort . Great Service, and conviently located and rooms had fridge, microwave, coffee, kettle and toaster. Great set up.
Thank you Chateau Nova for always proving the best service! The rooms are clean, the food is good & the customer service is better than the other hotels! Shout out to Ash for the great service! Haven’t enjoyed a meal as much as I did today in a long time, because I was treated like a friend and a valued customer/guest!
