Very friendly service. Rooms were clean & spacious. The restaurant on site was very good too. Plenty of parking & just off the main road.
This hotel has zero compassion for their customers. After telling them about my father’s death and a reservation I failed to cancel even when I called to confirm the reservations and they failed to mention the second reservation they still took my money. Seem to only care about money and not the community they operate in.
A huge thank you to Manish B. at the front desk. Super helpful and courteous. He assisted me in printing multiple documents for my presentation, assisted with laundry malfunction and overall was really pleasant to deal with. Other than that, hotel has spacious rooms( housekeeping is awesome, keeping up), and other great amenities.
For tourists experiencing jet lag and staying in the hotel for three days, the room was clean and satisfactory. The restaurant's food and drinks for lunch and dinner were pretty decent. What more could we have needed? The service was excellent. Thank you so much!
