We recently celebrated a birthday at Chateau Nova Yellowhead, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Miss Geleny Martinez and the staff were professional, welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The venue and the rooms ( we stayed overnight) was clean, beds was comfortable and overall atmosphere was quiet, welcoming and well maintained. Watch out for additional fees! We were charged way more than their quoted price, and their customer service was horrible. Was not able to recoup any of it. The hotel would leave me on hold for long durations, and even hung up on me multiple times. Hotel is run down, especially the bathrooms. Certainly not worth the price, there are better options!
