Clean rooms, convenient location!
Last time I stay here first time I stayed here, my vehicle was broken into and they didn't notify me after they caught the person that broke into my vehicle.Second time no managers on-site to be able to help rectify issue.
The doors for the family rooms (and all of the rooms?) did not have the metal latches for locking the door from the inside. My 2 year old niece was able to open the locked door on her own by pulling the handle down and made it all of the way to the elevator, almost got away! I asked the person at the desk if the had any child locks or a doorstop and they were surprised to find out that none of the rooms have the metal locks. I was visiting family in the hotel so ended up ordering a portable door lock on Amazon and gifting it... read more
