Clean comfortable room, restaurant in the hotel and an incredible staff that's always friendly and will remember you when you arrive. I won't stay anywhere else in Peace River! The consistency and warm, friendly staff is so appreciated when on the road for work.
First time experiencing the Nova hotel chain. Great service - very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good. Will definitely use Nova again. Highly recommend
I actually booked at another hotel but they had a water issue and they booked me here to cover my booking. At first, I was thinking of switching here for my monthly visit. However, you can tell they don’t clean their rooms or building very well. I mean most places don’t vacuum under furniture much but it’s worse than under my couch at home. Just went to tie my shoes and saw this. Vending machines on floor are all empty and off, no breakfast offered… reception was nice though.
