Receptionist was really friendly and helpful! Rooms could use some updating, but the bed was very comfy and the floor was quiet. Convenient for work related travel.

Wouldn't let me change my room type (even tho I was fully willing to pay the difference) and then when I checked out early they still charged me for two nights!! (This was later resolved by Expedia.. note, not by Chateau Nova itself) The white frumpy lady at the front when we checked in was on a personal call and made us wait til she finished and was really rude to us when we asked for a different room... Horrible customer service and the so-called "renovated" room smelled like an old musty motel room!! Don't stay here.

Our stay wasn't that bad. Not the Cleanest rooms or halls but the beds were comfy. The smell of the place is not as very nice smell. No microwave in the room we needed to go to the lobby to heat up our food. The restaurant attached could definitely work on better service and food quality. The eggs Benny was prob the worst one I have ever had, looked nice but taste was awful. Location was definitely out of the way from everything and no pool.
