My experience was good. My boyfriend booked this place for one night for us and when I checked the reviews was very worried. However my experience was very different from what I was expecting. The room was clean, comfortable and the stuff was friendly. Its an ok place for a night and what they offered for the price. Only thing is I wish they have a beverage vending machine in the auxiliar building as they dont keep anything in the mini fridge in the room.
I wish to say that my stay at Chateau Nova - Kingsway was awesome. The three ladies at the front desk are so helpful and friendly. It was like I knew them for a long time. Excellent service ladies. Sorry I did not get their names. The room I had was in the annex. Very quiet and the room included had a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and toaster. I will be booking here anytime I am in the city.
