I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my stay with my family last year. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff repeatedly took our belongings, including clothes, which were never returned despite my reports. I'm compelled to share this negative experience to alert others. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to the lack of respect for guests' property.
Room will only be cleaned every three days, maybe this should be right on the web pages so guest will know this information before booking.
Fix your parking lot. This definitely damages vehicles. Its right out front, some of the main parking & is also a slipping hazard during winter.
