the big lady in the front was rude and unprofessional, her whole demeanour was rude as well, y’all should get rid of her and add someone else in her spot
I've never left a review for any business under 4. This is an exception as I would want to know what to expect when booking this hotel. If it was just one thing I wouldn't bother but things seemed to compound. The first room I was sent to in the Annex building (without instructions on where it was) was filled with cigarette smoke when I opened the door.
